The How To Start Talking About Race Card Deck is meant to inform, inspire, challenge, and motivate the next generation of antiracist activists. Each deck includes 52 thought-provoking cards, split into 3 categories: Language, Challenge, and Let's Talk.

These cards are meant to stimulate dialogue. You could talk to a trusted friend, family, or community member about the thoughts or feelings these cards bring up for you, or you might be more comfortable journaling about them on your own. And it is important to remember that if you want to talk with someone, it's a good idea to ask if they are also OK talking with you about the different terms and concepts in this deck.
