Content Overview

By the end of the program, all participants will have a clear understanding of how to define their expertise, what platforms they can leverage and how, and to share their knowledge with the world. Below is a high-level overview of what will happen in all three sessions.

Session One: Establishing Your Expertise.

In this session, participants identify what areas of expertise they should focus on and how to articulate that expertise to others.

Session Two: Packaging Your Expertise.

In this session, participants will compile their go-to-market toolkit.

Session Three: Sharing Your Expertise.

Participants will create an action plan in this session to activate their thought leadership.

 

Please note that each session is 2 hours long in person and will be hosted over a 3-month period. There will be at least 2 hours of offline work required between sessions.
